Ms. Page is an accomplished trial lawyer who brings twelve years of experience handling both criminal and civil matters to the firm.

As a former prosecutor in the Narcotics Bureau of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, Nicci has extensive courtroom experience practicing in one of the busiest jurisdictions in the country. She has conducted criminal trials, arraigned thousands of cases and presented hundreds of felony cases to the grand jury.

Nicci is also an experienced civil litigator, having tried cases in Brooklyn Supreme Court as in-house counsel for Allstate Insurance Company. As in-house counsel for Allstate, Nicci conducted numerous trials from jury selection to verdict, successfully defending policyholders in personal injury suits.

As a senior prosecutor for the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) Nicci investigated complaints of police misconduct and successfully prosecuted NYPD officers facing disciplinary charges for misconduct including the excessive use of force, offensive language, and abuse of authority. In that capacity Nicci secured the first guilty verdict in more than 20 years for an officer accused of conducting a prohibited chokehold during an arrest.

Nicci earned her B.A. in both English and Political Science from Wellesley College in Wellesley Massachusetts, and her juris doctorate from St. John’s University in Queens, NY.
